The fact of the matter -according to my sources- is that, when the desperate and scared looking Abiy Ahmed appeared on television in military fatigues, he was actually speaking from Bahrdar and not from the US Embassy in Addis Ababa. So why did Martin Plaut say that the Prime Minister was in Addis Ababa?
