Our sources in Tigray have informed us that, next week President Debretsion will travel to Ethiopia to hold bilateral talks with PM Abiy over budget negotiations. The new nation of Tigray feels that the amount of federal money it is receiving now is not commensurate with the luxurious lifestyle its TPLF leaders are accustomed to.

"For the last 27 years we have been enjoying the lion's share of the federal revenue, but it has since dwindled to a trickle," said Tegadalay Awash when reached by phone. Lets all hope that our great President Debretsion returns home to Tigray with a better deal than the 6% of revenue allocated to the nation of Tigray. We need at least 70% to 80% of the revenue to keep our Weyane heads above water.

Importing whiskey bottles through the port of Djibouti is not cheap. I wish my Weyane brother Awash can make Tigray like Singapore as soon as possible, so we may start producing our own whiskey for our Weyane leaders' consumption.
