All TPLF fighters who died while fighting Dergue should get state pension?

Every one in Tigray talks about sacrifices they have made to overthrow the military regime led by Mengistu Haile Mariam. Those TPLF geurilla fighters who died during the war should get state pension as happens in many countries. Those who have lost body parts and are handicapped should also get the minimum state pension. Certificates are simple paper which any one can print.But supporting the family of those fighters should addressed through state pension.
It is said Meles Zenawi was against such measures. He paid less to Tigrayan fighters.

Yes it is good idea for agames since they died for money and looting others. So they are agames so the agames should pay them. We love Mengistu and the Ethiopian army so no menu for rebels for us you are enemies
