As far as I am concerned democracy means also establishing party offices and conducting campaigns among the people but then again what has democracy got to do with displaying & threatening other humans by hanging since hangings will follow by another revenge hangings with the help of the noose not even meant for the deep forest Moose or the wild valley goose.
