Amharas exagerate the role of Menelik.He had made some serious political mistakes. We should expose his treaties with Italy and Mahdists while Yohannes was in power. We should expose his capaigns in Oromo areas. Menelik promised he fought with heroism in Adwa against with a lot of land. These land was taken from Oromos and given to the heroes. Most fought with heroism hoping to get a lot of land. That was one of the tricks Menelik used.
