Tigray has a high number of unemployed youth.
Tigray should use the energetic labour from youth to expand infra-structure (TPLF should have done this in the last 27 years of rule. They did very little in Tigray)
Roads to all village and town should built. This alone could employ half a million. The aim should not profit making. It should be done to improve transport of goods and persons.
Cheap social housing to be distributed to the people for free or minimal fee.
The youth can work for almost free with wage that is not very expensive. Cheap cement factories could built and other building materials should be provided at affordable prices. Tigray should control it;s trade with the regional states. No cement or other construction should be exported to any other country. etc Here again the aim should be to change the standard of living of the people.
Profits could be made in the textile, pharmaceutical, machine building, automotive, aeronautic and agro-industrial sectors.
