Naturally adwa shifta tplf can't survive in peace, it needs war to rule,control tirgrai region.
Historically adwa shifta tplf only survives in war times or by being a proxy agent for others mainly usa, sudan , egypt. Only during war times it can rule and silence the tigrai people. So if ethiopians think that adwa shifta tplf have changed it's character and wants peace, i have one word for you, you are delusional indeed.
