Ethiopians are understandably given up hope on Abiy Ahmed bringing peace to the country.
Abiy has been mixing ethnic politics and maintaining power at the expense of thousands of lives since he came to power.his oromo dominated PP government allowed the TPLF inflicted wound Ethiopia suffers from to fester deliberately.
If the above reason sounds far fetched,we can comfortably agree Abiy is incompetent and a bad risk for the country.his decisions are seen by some observers as childish,inconsistent and insane.
How can one reconcile himself with the idea of sending journalists (including frail old historian) to jail and setting TPLF thieves,murderes,rapists and assorted criminals ,free??
By the look of things,the only credible force that can send TPLF to its grave is ERITREA.
Abiy is not upto the task .he has a soft touch for TPLF and equally deep seated ,unfounded fear&suspicion of Amharas.in this regard Abiy is no different from TPLF.
The only force that can finish the job of destroying TPLF for good is ERITREA.
