I don't think this idiot even knows the name Tsegaye, if he somehow knows it, then it doesn't mean to him anything. So, how on earth address someone whose name he has never heard of?
If Batte (not Bate) Urgeessaa (not Urgeesaa), then how on earth address the low level Jaallee, without addressing the superior Jaallee before?
BTW., where is Jaallee Lema Megersa these days?
